TFEP, in association with CARI-TaRG, has held a number of successful workshops in 2017 and 2018 on Barbados attended by over 100 participants. A number of the places were sponsored by the UK Department of International Trade and the European Union.

Restorative Justice
In 2019 CARI-TaRG developed, and delivered, a bespoke accredited training programme in Conflict Resolution for over 30 Barbados Seventh Day Adventist Pastors.
